The most important thing in selling your property is of course working with a qualified real estate agent such as myself that has knowledge of the local market and trends. Here are some tips that make a great selling experience no matter what:
Have a great marketing plan- The first thing we will do in working together is make sure we have your property priced correctly. We’ll then want to get it in front of your target customers as quickly as possible. We’ll make sure that you are on the MLS, relevant websites, and host virtual and in person tours when applicable. Open houses are usually a good idea.
Stage your property- You wouldn’t go on a first date if you were sick and in your worn out clothing usually, am I right? The same goes for your property. We’ll want to ensure that your property or home is presented in it’s best light. Sometimes this may even be rearranging furniture, updating old paint, or ensuring the lawn is beautiful.
Proper photos- Even the most beautiful homes can be misrepesented with poor lighting and bad angles. We’ll ensure that your property gets the visuals it deserves to attract the right buyers.
Know the market- This is where I come in. It’s important to know the trends that are happening in the industry so you know a good deal when it’s presented to you. If it’s not a great deal, you’ll want me on your side to negotiate something that is fair to you.
